We hosted Grace's sister and her family this week. They live in Asheville and were lucky to have been travelling when the hurricane hit. Their visit was planned, but they extended their stay while they felt out the situation back home.

It was great having them around! That said, I didn't do too much game development this week. Auren and I started a 1-bit game jam over the weekend, and I've been drawing some simple black and white assets to test with. We're inching along, but it's a fun process so far.

I am very behind on these posts. I am writing this one today, October 9th. We will be wrapping up this game jam on Friday, so my next week post should be more interesting.
